Ensuring a safe environment for all parties is a top priority at Ron Kendall Masonry. Our Safety and Loss Control Program sets the benchmark for safety in the masonry industry. With a safety policy that exceeds both OSHA and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards, we provide a safe work environment for our employees, fellow tradesmen, and the public. 

SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION

Our Safety Department provides each employee with a comprehensive education in our safety policy, and practices. Their training is constantly reinforced through regular meetings on and off the jobsite. By providing our workforce with the proper tools we are able to maintain safety awareness, as well as identify and neutralize potential safety hazards. Through diligent teamwork and personal accountability, we are able to achieve an incident and injury-free environment.

INCIDENT AND INJURY-FREE

An incident and injury-free environment is not a goal to seek zero injuries, but the mindset that everyone working for Ron Kendall Masonry will embrace the conviction that injury-free operations are possible and performing work safely is an inseperable element from ‘doing the right thing’.
